I am only in-network with some insurances. If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to help with reimbursement. You will need to reach out to your insurance to ask about coverage and confirm that with them.

I work with Mentaya, a platform that will file out-of-network claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge you a 5% fee per claim. Mentaya’s goal is to save you time and money.
It’s completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
Good Faith Estimate
(Self-Pay Only)
Any clients who are not using insurance to cover the costs of therapy have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate per federal law as of January 1, 2022 through the No Surprises Act.
A Good Faith Estimate enumerates the expenses you can reasonably expect to pay for your mental health care services provided by me and my counseling practice. The estimate is created based upon the information known at the time the estimate is first created. What is not possible for a psychotherapist to know in advance is how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person. The Good Faith Estimate does not include unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. It is possible you may incur more charges than the estimate enumerates if complications or special circumstances arise.
If you are billed for $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have a the right to dispute the bill.
